Privacy Policy

When you complete the quiz we collect the email address you give us, your first name if you provide one, the answers you selected, and the result those answers produced.

If you buy something, our payment processor collects your payment details and shares with us your email address, your name, the amount, and the last four digits and brand of your card. We never see or store your full card number.

We also record the marketing parameters in the link you arrived through (such as utm_source and fbclid), your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses.

Inside the app we store your progress — which lessons you have completed, which checklist steps are ticked, and where you stopped in an audio episode — against your account.

To deliver what you asked for: your results, your files, receipts, and the links that sign you into your library.

To send practice emails and offers, if you have not opted out. Every one of those carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects receipts, refunds, or access to anything you have bought.

To understand in aggregate which advertisements and questions work, so we can spend less on the ones that do not.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database hosting), Cloudflare R2 (file storage) and Vercel (application hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only to provide the service to us.

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. Meta may set cookies and receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy. Our own cookies are limited to what signs you in and what remembers your quiz answers between screens.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires — seven years in the United States.

Quiz submissions and marketing contacts are kept until you ask us to delete them, or after two years of no interaction, whichever comes first.

Unsubscribes are kept indefinitely. That is the point of them: we have to remember you asked.

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU, the UK, or a US state with a privacy statute, those laws give you those rights explicitly and we apply them to everyone.

Email support@updates.mindfulmanifestation.app and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you or make you create an account to ask.

This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
