Every product on this site is a digital download or in-app content. Nothing physical is shipped. Access is delivered immediately after payment, by email and inside your library.

Your purchase does not expire. If we ever stop operating the site we will make what you bought available for download for at least 30 days beforehand.

Prices are in US dollars and each purchase is a single payment. There are no subscriptions and nothing recurring.

Sign-in links are personal to you. Sharing them, or redistributing the files you have bought, ends your access without a refund.

You may use everything you buy for your own personal use. You may not resell it, republish it, or use it to train a machine-learning model.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this site or anything bought through it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
